Manny Goyenechea will be making a presentation on J#.NET which will focus on the migration of Java applications to J# and the migration of J# applications to Java.
Manny will demonstrate how to port simple Java applications to J# and simple J# applications to Java.
There will be a detailed review at the similarities and differences of the two languages and runtime environments, and point out some of the pitfalls.
Also, there will be an overview of .NET interoperability and at developing a J# application with VisualStudio .NET.
