| Technical Overview of xProcess |
This month, Chris Page from Ivis Technologies will visit us to demonstrate their latest product, xProcess.
Development managers complain that they lack visibility and control over their projects.
They spend a great deal of time putting together an elaborate initial plan, only to see the situation changing as requirements, estimates, priorities or resources are modified.
The problem: They are unable to update their initial plan and/or process with real-time feedback, to reflect how well or poorly reality matches the initial assumptions.
